CASE STUDY - Business Travel Partnership
The west London based Business Travel Partnership Ltd (BTP), established in 1993, specialises in offering outsourced travel management services to over 250 companies and business travellers alike, including Dunlop Slazenger, The City and Guilds of London Institute and Renault Truck UK (Ltd), to name just a few.
The BTP are using RailPlanner online, providing an added travel service to staff and customers. Staff can now print out itineraries for the customer and give out information such as the availability of services such as onboard refreshments and reservations etc, all of which should ensure the customers gets not only the best advice but a better service all round. The customer can also use RailPlanner to plan their own UK travel itineraries via the BTP's website. Managing Director of the BTP, Joel Rouet said, "as a business travel management services specialist we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the most up-to-date accurate travel information and by providing RailPlanner as an added service we are ensuring that both our customers and staff have the best possible solution."
